Dear Friends,
With thoughts toward the approaching High Holy Days, we are pleased to announce that once again Chabad House of Monroe will be printing a Yizkor book. The book will be available at Yizkor Services on Yom Kippur, Wednesday, October 5, 2022 and then it will be used at all Yizkor Services throughout the year 2022/2023 (5783).
If you would like the Yizkor book dedicated in memory of your loved one(s), please notify us immediately.
To include the names of your loved ones, in this year’s Yizkor book, please respond to this letter by completing and submitting the form on the other side. The cost is $10 per name.
We would appreciate that all Yizkor book submissions be sent to us, along with payment, no later than Thursday, August 25, 2022. This will enable us time for processing and printing to ensure that all who wish to participate, will be included.
All names will be entered into our database for Yahrtzeit reminders throughout the year.
